We buy Hi-Fi
To allow us to carry out a proper preliminary assessment, your request must include all of the following information:
- Brand and model of the equipment
- Cosmetic condition
- Working condition, including any defects or repairs carried out
- Presence of accessories (original packaging, remote control, manuals, etc.)
- Photographic documentation
- Requested price
- Location of the item, in case of possible local pickup
If the offer is accepted, the equipment must be delivered to our premises in the condition declared.
If shipped, the equipment must be professionally and securely packed. Shipping is at the sender’s risk.
Once we have inspected and verified the equipment received, we will proceed with payment.

Hi-Fi Trade-In
Once you have identified the product you wish to purchase, you may propose a partial trade-in by sending us the details of the equipment you are offering. Based on the information received, Oldstore.it will communicate the price difference to be paid. If the proposal is accepted, the equipment must arrive at our premises in the condition described.
In the case of shipping, the item must be packed professionally and securely; shipping is at the sender’s expense and risk.
After verifying the received equipment and confirming payment of the outstanding balance (either in cash upon delivery or by bank transfer), we will proceed with the shipment of the purchased product.
