To initiate the process, please contact us, stating your OLDSTORE order/invoice number, brand and model, and theproblem encountered. Depending on the case, we will provide an initial assessment and, if necessary, arrange for the item to be returned to our workshop for diagnosis. The final quote will be provided following inspection of the device.
